The document system is one of the centralized control and archive of RHINELAB, in both its mission to ensure open-knowledge and open source archives, as well as transparent control and record of whatever is of concerned to the laboratory. Since it is pragmatic as it is, the document system will be strictly functional.

A. When to use the document system

Any artefacts, any specific types of materials, products, writing, and so on, that affect RHINELAB’s nature, capacities and academic activities must be mandated to be logged into document form, not informality.

Any artefacts, specific types of materials in consideration, is the product and result from academic activities, non-academic but of functionals of the activities inside RHINELAB, even collaborative activities between RHINELAB and others, with involvement measured, must be archived and written down, using the document system.

Any project, any structures, any parts of RHINELAB that requires checking, logging, updates and maintenance, and parts of RHINELAB.
